I like our 7th Po Bahk Sool technique better than the 8th because it passes to the outside and uses a different initial ready position with the obi. This keeps one out of range of the opponent's other hand and also doesn't require rapid spiraling or winding. Once a rope is attached to uke's head, then just like a necktie (or ponytail!) he can easily be yanked to the ground.
