Stop recycling low emotions and calm your nervous system by doing this. Because if you don’t that’s how fibroids, autoimmune disease, and everything ends up manifesting. I don’t want to hear that you don’t have enough time, simply carve out 20-30 seconds to do these if you’re feeling triggered by someone, something, or yourself.
