2020年11月29日 · My problem explanation: Game base said "can't load, something went wrong, try again" , Playstation store also had an error, games like BF5 wouldn't allow me to play online, games like Destiny 2 for some reason did allow me to play online. When I was in settings > users and accounts > account/privacy/link to other services all wouldn't load for me.

Had issues with the mobile app and desktop site, then tried deactivating and reactivating the PS4 as mentioned here. That didn't work for me (unfortunately), but going through the Playstation Store on the PS4 to make the purchase did! Just wanted to mention for others to also try this out.

the website constantly logs me out and when i try to log back in, it says "cant connect to the server" followed by a code, something like " 18.df4f4317.1700028389.2c52012" which changes every time. i talked to PS support and they said that they have been having issues for the last few days but it should be fixed in the next 1-2 days. here we are 2 weeks later and still have this …

2022年3月18日 · The issue is that my bank card is from a different country than my account, so I can't add it. Then I tried to buy a card in the store, but when I give in the code, it says I'm in a different region, even though I moved from an EU country …

On the console it doesn't exist. I go to browse, it's nowhere in sight. PS5 games, not there either, PS4 games? Nope. Sort by name, look under T for The and K for King. Still isn't there. Filter by genre? Store still can't find it. If I search then it shows up which means it's in the store somewhere so why did none of the other methods show it?

2022年11月10日 · Everything shows that I own it except for the PS5 store that is asking me to spend the $59.99 I contact PlayStation support and they can also see that I have purchased Hitman 3. Because I can see it and download it in my library though, they told me there is no issue. I told them there is the issue of the Store not recognizing my purchase.
