In the weeks following the autopsy, Dr. Osbourne obtained new information that prompted him to reconsider his initial determination that the Victim had died by homicide. First, Dr. Osbourne recalled receiving an informal report from Dr. Lucy Rorke-Adams, a neuropathologist, following a brief examination of a piece of the Victim’s spinal tissue.
