Ive been wanting to replay avatar the game but it's not backwards compatible on any new consoles and my disc version is long gone, I thought I could boot up my Xbox 360 and download a digital copy from the Xbox store but unfortunately It doesn't return any results.

When checking around the internet, apparently Microsoft had suddenly discontinued the Original XBOX Avatar Store with no explanation a year or two ago. I've given up on buying the item, I just want to know why it was shut down.

This announcement does not affect Xbox Original Avatars, which will continue to work in supported Xbox 360 games. You will also still be able to edit your Xbox Original Avatars using the Xbox Original Avatars app on Xbox consoles and Windows devices.

If i simply can't access and play like probably 50% of my indie games list, on original legitimate xbox 360 hardware then I'm not as interested in going after it.

I think the focus on avatar games was abandoned when Xbox tried to make the Xbox One more of a multimedia device instead of focusing only on gaming ...

2018年12月12日 · So use Avatar Editor 1 to setup avatar 1 however you like. Then use Avatar Editor 2 and import Avatar 1 into the new system. Now you won't have all of avatar 2's functionality but you will still have your old items. They just had no way of making the old items fit the new avatars because body types and height etc were now so customizable.
