2022年10月11日 · Personally, I think Patty leaned even even harder into the Donner style for WW ‘84. The movie felt very much like the Superman sequels and 80’s Wonder Woman comics that I’d read as a kid. The brighter color palette and lack of killing reflected the traditional super-heroism of Bronze Age Wonder Woman.

Wonder Woman 1 is really, really good. It is a prime example of tonal consistency - it's funny in appropriate places and serious when it needs to be. I think the movie almost reaches greatness and would have if it had a better ending.

2022年5月14日 · While the movie wasn’t perfect I still enjoyed it. Wonder Woman’s outfit looked great loved the way she looked. Keri Russel did a great job she has a great sounding voice for WW. I agree Steve was pretty annoying throughout the film. The part where she ended up in hospital was a bit sudden. I guess Steve’s got connections or something.

This movie is fucking dark. And that's a good thing. The horrors of war are treated as just that, but the film never loses track of the narrative at hand. We came for a Wonder Woman movie, not a somber war film. By balancing the two out, it gives us a satisfying superhero film that also pays respect to the actual horrors of World War 1.

2019年7月28日 · I just re-watched the animated Wonder Woman movie that came out in 2009, and it still holds up really well, IMO. The animation is some of the best among the DC Animated Original Movies, and the voice acting is really on point. Keri Russel and Nathan Fillion are especially good as Wonder Woman and Steve Trevor respectively.
