As soon they get age 16, put other childrens under their education, start with those that are oldest but not older than age 15. This way you can rush and educate every members of your dynasty to witch for future generations.

This is huge because it doesn't just counter penalties, it just makes all of your rulers live longer. Your family is tighter knit, which is very good for larger dynasties.

The first line is there because hag covens as originally written are only for hags, no one else can join one. This hex allows you to join a coven despite not being a hag, but still requires at least one hag to be involved in the coven.
