The Union County Vocational-Technical Schools (UCVTS) are a grouping of schools on the Union County Vocational Technical Schools Campus in Scotch Plains, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, which offers educational programs for students across Union County, eight at the high school level for students in ninth through twelfth grades and one at the adult education level. The Union County Vocational-Technical Adult School’s mission is to provide educational opportunities for adults to acquire technical skills for a new career, enhance existing skills, or to enrich personal lives.

The Union County Vocational Technical Adult School offers 4 full time Postsecondary programs. Each program is 10 months in length and is 6 hours a day. The four programs are as follows: Automotive Technology ; Cosmetology; Electrical Technology; Plumbing / HVAC; Culinary Arts and Hospitality (September 2024)

The Union County Vocational-Technical Adult School provides educational opportunities for adults to acquire technical skills for a new career, enhance existing skills, or enrich their personal lives. Full-time post-secondary career programs are focused to help students train in a condensed time frame of 10 months.
