Make sure: Your cables are connected securely. The coax cable is connected to the cable outlet on the wall. The HDMI cable is connected to the HDMI connection on the TV (if applicable).

2023年8月17日 · Spectrum has come out with the Xumo Stream Box to eventually replace the traditional receivers. The first Xumo Stream Box is free for 12 months, you will have to pay a fee for the additional Xumo's per device per month. Spectrum has set a 4 Xumo limit per customer. If you need more than that you would have to purchase the extra ones.

2022年4月2日 · I have a Motorola 350 DVR that can only record 2 programs at once. This is arcaic compared to other receivers I have owned e.g. DirecTv and ATTUverse. I understand Spectrum has newer models (i.e. 210?) that (can record 4 programs simultaneously) are available in some states, but not in St. Louis Missouri.

Sadly yes, you will lose all DVR recordings if/when the DVR box fails or is replaced for any reason. Believe me, I've looked for a way to save them before.
