Rico (formerly Ricochet) is a Super Rare Brawler with low health but a moderately high damage output. Both his attack and Super fire bullets that can bounce off of walls and continue traveling. If used correctly, Rico can defeat enemies around walls without coming under enemy fire.

Ruffs (formerly Colonel Ruffs) is a Mythic Brawler who could be unlocked as a Tier 30 reward in Season 5: The Starr Force! Brawl Pass, or can be obtained from the Starr Road. He has moderate damage and a fast reload speed, but has low health. He attacks by firing two parallel lasers that can bounce off walls.

2021年8月27日 · One of Rico's best matchups is against tanks, while Rico doesn't have any crowd control, he still has remarkable dps from his attack and especially his super. As I've mentioned before, Rico's super is fairly easy to chain and against tanks, it no exception.

Colonel Ruff looks and has very basic and arguably balanced mechanics on his main attack. But there is something intriguing about him which is his Super, not only does his super give a 20% damage increase, but after carefully examining the brawl talk footage, his super ALSO gives a 700 health boost.

In my opinion, absolutely, they still outshine a lot of the other mutated brawlers. Personally, I’ve found Rico and ruffs great for defence, frank great for offence, and Meg as a good middle ground. meg. Are* Yes they are i played with frank i got 3 loses i played iwth ruffs i got 3 wins.
