2021年5月4日 · Mortal Kombat is a 2d fighter, while Tekken is probably the most well known 3D fighter. What this amounts too is there is a whole ‘nother dimension of movement in Tekken. Tekken characters also have massive movelists compared to mortal kombat characters (which are arguably still larger movesets than smash bros, for the sake of comparison.)

The series doesn’t change dramatically from game to game, and whatever knowledge and skill you acquire in Tekken 7 will likely carry over directly into Tekken 8. The same can’t be said for MK. If you’re willing to dedicate the time to it, Tekken’s a deep and rewarding game.
