This doesn't change the font of current written equations – it only changes that of new ones. To change the fonts of already written equations, just select them and then change the font as you would normally to the math font. Also, restart Microsoft Word if it's already open to see the newly installed font. Other than that, thank you.

In Microsoft Word 2007 if I insert an equation the font style is Cambria Math (Italics). I like the look of this font for equations. However, I would prefer to use equation field codes rather than the equation editor. When I use the same font style with a field code it doesn't look like the font in the Equation Editor:

2017年4月26日 · The default math font for MS Powerpoint 2016 is "Cambria Math". In some cases, I want to change it (e.q. "XITS Math"). I found a solution for MS Word (Select a different math font in Microsoft Word). However, it cannot apply for Powerpoint because the Equation Option dialog in Powerpoint differs from the one in Word.

2023年3月22日 · FWIW On the Windows version of Word ou can use VBA to specify a different Math font, e.g. here can use ActiveDocument.OMathFontName = "DejaVu Math TeX Gyre" to switch to a font I have installed, and = "Cambria Math to switch back again. But on the Mac version, there is no equivalent dialog box, even in Word->Preferences.

2020年5月20日 · If your copy of Word does not have those Math Autocorrects, you should be able to add those autocorrects yourself on your own copy of word, but you will need to check that your copy of the Cambria Math typeface has the correct characters. A key question is whether selecting from Equation->Symbols or typing the autocorrect is "more convenient".
