I also cut the corners off to leave short 4" edges to facilitate moving around past the table or rotating the table past the back seat. Here's the result after cutting to size & running top & bottom edges through the router to round them off & remove the sharp edges for a smooth feel..

The Bushing can be purchased from Lagun - - real pain to remove/install. Lagun claims the table can remain 'up' while traveling however that has not been my experience. A short term quick fix might be to flip the arm around . . moving bad bushing to under table. That way the bad bushing only has vertical weight, no cantilever effect.

Install the screws. Slide your table hardware down through your bracket and tighten using the black handle at the height you choose. Put the horizontal table top support on the table upright. Use the 3 black handles to tighten as needed. The table top support is just under 8"x12". The headlamp is being used as a size reference.

Take the factory seat board off the pedestal on the passenger side (so you can see the wheel well and Alde system). Put the table top with the Lagun swing arms attached on the bottom where you just removed the factory seat board (at 19" x 30" the table top fits amazingly well), then put the passenger cushion on top of the table top.
