2017年6月29日 · This mod basically wipes the map clean of all states and regions, so anyone can paint in their own map on top of this without having to worry about conflicting with existing states. Because of this, no countries are available to play since they don't own any states. This mod is a template for other modders to create full maps without any conflict.

2019年6月22日 · It's the upgraded blank map template for Vanilla size map 5632×2048 (old version was made long ago by Ra'zac). Thanks, Ra'zac. Main features of this template: The connection with vanilla game is reduced to minimum. Debugging messages shows that only too big provinces left, so you can draw your own provinces, regions, states and etc.

2019年5月4日 · I don't think it is possible to create maps like the Infrastructure_map and State_ID_map by hand. --- Hi guys, I'm sorry that I made mistakes in the original post (now deleted). The every state independent mod I used to create the map has the updated border for Africa but not Raj and Brazil. I'm not sure what caused the problem.

The old province map is replaced by a new one with just 46 giant rectangular provinces. In addition, all terrain features have been removed. This mod is technically playable, with one test country.

2021年6月25日 · Just copy the country tags file (00_countries I think?) and leave it blank or with a note to say it’s meant to delete country tags. This way, states will point out tags that technically don’t mean anything and so they will glitch and leave the states blank. Be sure to be prepared for 3000+ errors, though
