Ashtaroth was the primary antagonist in Grand Chase, having engineered various events that ultimately created the ill-fated events on Aernas. He was originally a Shrine Guardian from Xenia continent before Baldinar took over his body and put the land in further chaos.

Kassias Grandiel approached Ashtaroth with a sad greeting, attempting to prevent him from ending the Grand Chase. In this encounter, Grandiel referred to Ashtaroth as his longtime friend, Baldinar. Following her defeat, Special Force Leader Dahlia confessed that she had intentionally held back the Grand Chase, allowing time for Baldinar to act.

Duel eventually foils Ashtaroth’s plan to use Mari by saving the Grand Chase but sees that there is no hope for duel himself to turn back the clock, so he leaves to find a new plan. This finally brings us to the events of the Demon World and Underworld in Dimensional Chaser.

So it says to defeat Ashtaroth 0/25 and whenever I go through the dungeon it's only until up to 4 or 5 then it resets to 0. Any ideas? Don't wanna delete this quest.

Ashtaroth appears after the dark elf's defeat and kills her for her worthlessness. He then summons several Highlander's Illusions, which Sieghart recognizes to be the Highlanders lost during Kounat's destruction.
