2014年1月31日 · ok now working (perhaps because I tried the download from work). Well I must say that this is just BRILLIANT! What a great use of draw_sprite_part. I would have done something really complicated like using a surface. Anyway I have been having great fun adding gravity and using it as an effect for teleportation of the sprite between two points.

2023年12月25日 · create a new list called "bulletPOS" and whenever a bullet clone hits the skeleton delete all of bullet pos and add X position and y position to the list, then create a clone of the explosion sprite. go into the explosion sprite and do (when i start as clone: (go to X: (item 1 of bulletPOS) (go to Y: (item 2 of bulletPOS) )

2020年11月25日 · IRL explosions also kick the pieces of ground up, so for example if you had a bomb go off on dirt, the dirt would spread in a _/ shape at the bottom part of the explosion Of course it all depends on stuff like type of bomb, terrain, personal style of animating and all, but its a nice detail if you are willing to do it ;)

2022年7月17日 · Sorry for not clarifying, but the explosion is created by a bomb projectile, so I can never guarantee its positioning. The origin of the explosion sprite, as well as most sprites in my game, is the bottom center, so if an enemy is below that point when the explosion goes off, they appear in front of it.
