Choral Singing in America is a visual representation of the breadth and depth of choral singing today. The film beautifully tells the myriad stories and sounds of American choral singers and leaders–stories that inspire, build community, foster hope, and showcase the tremendous social capital and community building of singing together.

More than 54 million Americans sing in choirs. What is it about singing together that inspires such passion? Singing is powerful.

Each podcast lasts about 20 minutes--the duration of the average commute to work--and will highlight the contributions of a leading choral musician, ending with a “pithy” take-away and the recording of a choral piece in its entirety.
