EDIT: pharmacies and grocery stores all advertise “free” flu shots — but thats only the case if you have insurance! for example — CVS charges $40.99 if paying out of pocket.

Clearly they don't want to clog up their pharmacies with appointments that don't make them money, vaccine appts being one of them. So they took down the ability to cancel. Walmart even has left up the 2 appointment slots, which means each person who schedules takes up 2 appointments not one. People over profits once again!
