2013年5月30日 · Welcome to Microsoft Community. Let me assist you with archiving emails. When you choose to archived email, you will be prompted a message on where you want to save your archived emails. You will have an option to save it to an existing folder or you can create a new folder called Archive. All of your archived emails will be stored to that folder.

2017年2月22日 · Thanks for your screenshots. Based on the image, the emails in the Archive folder rather than Archive on computer cannot be found. The folder isn’t your main account’s subfolder. So, we need to select it especially when exporting emails. These data in this folder are stored in your local computer because you enable “AutoArchive”.
