LawlerWood was retained by the Alcoa School Board to develop a state-of-the-art instructional facility to become the new Alcoa High School. After analyzing twenty possible sites, a brownfield site adjacent to the current school was selected. A local development team headed by LawlerWood designed the new school and began construction in July 2013.
