2018年2月27日 · I have built 2 desks with a stand and they are both connected, both show the same flight number. But as it seems no passenger is using the 2nd desk, they only use the one closest to the bench they sit on. Is that the reason? Have tried different setups also with desks on both side of the gate, benches in different places.

If you check-in online and get your boarding pass electronically, and you skip the airport kiosk and check-in counter and proceed directly to the gate, you WILL need to approach the gate ahead of boarding to present your passport, assuming it's an international flight. They need a minute or two to run it through the system.
