2014年7月17日 · Install new motor. Lining up the motor's guide plate with the pin for the blend door arm is a little tricky. May take a couple trys but you'll get it. Replace 3 retaining screws. Reconnect negative on battery. Fire it up and dial the temp knob all the way up and all the way down and watch the new motor working to open and close blend door.

Only thing that is working is the blower… neither temp blend door or vent select actuators move at all, nothing happens with the recirculate and the a/c light doesn’t come on, and the compressor won’t engage… even by jumping the relay.

2019年7月2日 · My 2012 Sonata Hybrid is stuck on Defrost. When I changed to blow on face or feet it makes a terrible electric clicking noise, allows some airflow through the vents and that's about it. I'm sure this is the blend door actuator. I have found some replacement instructions; however, I cannot find parts.

2015年9月28日 · 4 - Remove the air duct to make way to reach the actuator easily. 5 - Unplug the cable from the actuator 6 - Unscrew the 3 mounting screws and remove the actuator. 7 - Reverse the steps to install the new actuator. It was successful and I got the freezing cold air again.
