Opened in November of 2000, the Aquatic Center features five pools. A six lane lap pool, warm therapy pool, hot and relaxing spa, a multi-use pool, and a wading pool for the children 5 and under to swim in.

The Dallas Aquatic Center is open daily. Given the shared usage of our several pools within the facility, swimming times and access vary by pool hourly and daily. During the school year we are closed during the week from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm, except on Friday when we reopen at 3:00 pm for recreation swimming.

The Dallas Aquatic Center offers swimming lessons for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Our goal is to allow swimmers of all ages to explore the water in a safe, comfortable setting while learning new swimming skills and becoming confident in the water. All lessons offered include a certified lifeguard on deck at all times.

Recreation swimming is a great time to be at the Dallas Aquatic Center! All pools, the slide, the diving board, the splash fountain, and the river are open. We also keep one lane of the lap pool open and the wade pool is open.

The Dallas Aquatic Center is open to the public throughout the year. We have daily rates, memberships, and other passes specific to certain activities. For all passes, the age range is as follows:
