I've been thinking about doing this all day so I had to get this off my chest, in my opinion, these men set the bar for bell-to-bell story telling in Professional Wrestling.

2024年6月3日 · I think the loss here added so much to the 95 broken orbital Carnival draw and the 6/9/95 tag win where Kawada pinned Misawa. I feel the fumble was not having Kawada win the title in 7/24/95, which could have put that match over the top while still playing into the All Japan climbing the hierarchy style booking.

2017年1月21日 · Mitsuharu Misawa came from a broken home, and grew up as a fan of All Japan Pro Wrestling, and in particular, Tomomi “Jumbo” Tsuruta, who was the young star of the company. At the age of 12, he decided he was going to become a pro wrestler for that promotion. A few years later, he wanted to drop out of school and become a pro wrestler.

According to Masayuki Tokumitsu (Japanese TV star/tarento), Kodo Fuyuki once said, "Meeting Mitsuharu Misawa was the best thing in my life". Sadly, Kodo Fuyuki died on March 19, 2003. Mitsuharu Misawa died 6 years later - on June 13, 2009.

2020年11月28日 · Context : In may of 1990, Misawa got rid of the Tiger Mask, and challenged Jumbo Tsuruta for a match. The next tag team matches are some of the easiest to watch, due to the different characters involved. All hapened during the legendary Misawa/Tsuruta feud and on top of that It shows the growing of Misawa as the future Ace of All Japan :

2016年1月3日 · Misawa could've retired after this match and still been a legend, this match would still be a classic every second of the way through and generations upon generations of wrestlers can still learn a lot about proper pacing, building, facial expressions, and story telling from this unbelievably amazing 10 out of 10 match.
