Find what loadout suits you, or you can come up with completly diffrent. You can equip B.A.S.E Jumper, Tide Turner for trimping and the Ulapool Caber for getting kills (at least trying to get kills).

If you absolutely want to Demoknight for some reason, this is the loadout(s) I see often. Booties/Bootlegger Splendid Screen/Tide Turner Eyelander/Scotsman's Skullcutter You'd still be better off playing Demoman though. I'd say it's better to keep the Grenade Launcher if you're not playing on DeGroot Keep.
