Den Watts is a fictional character from the BBC soap opera EastEnders, played by actor Leslie Grantham. He became well known for his tabloid nickname, "Dirty Den".

Den Watts faked his death in 1989 and returned in 2003. He did this to avoid being killed by The Firm. Den's son discovers that he is alive which causes Den to return to Walford in September 2003. Den was presumed dead for 14 years. In 1988, Den gets involved with The Firm and orders an arson attack in defence of Kathy Beale.
