Novak Djokovic puts his  bid for Grand Slam history on the line at Wimbledon on Friday when he faces world number one Jannik Sinner in a blockbuster semi-final, while defending champion Carlos Alcaraz meets Taylor Fritz.

Carlos Alcaraz takes on Taylor Fritz, and Jannik Sinner faces Novak Djokovic in the men's semifinals at Wimbledon.

They have faced each other nine times overall, with Djokovic claiming four victories and Sinner winning the other five. The young Italian has also won each of their last four meetings, a run which dates back to 2023. Federer is backing Djokovic to buck the trend at the next time of asking, though.
