Between a severe skin condition, freezing temperatures and getting stuck on a floating piece of ice in Barnegat Bay, Ziggy the fox has had a rough go of it lately. But things are starting to look up.

The female red fox, who has been named Ziggy, is being treated for mange, a skin infection and dehydration at Bayshore Veterinary Hospital in Holmdel, about 40 miles north of Seaside Park.
