Ahead of the Gardens' full reopening in 'early 2026,' a small piece of the Rose Bowl fountain section at the western end of Queen's Gardens has now been reopened.

The leader of Hull City Council, Cllr Mike Ross has promised residents that “the wait will be worth it” as the light at the end of the Queen’s Gardens tunnel emerges.
