The Holy See Press has announced that the funeral of Pope Francis, the leader of the Catholic Church, will be held and broadcast on Saturday, April 26 beginning at 4 a.m. Eastern time (10 a.m. local time) from St. Peter’s Square. Several U.S. news outlets, including ABC, NBC, CBS, and CNN will televise the funeral, beginning at 3:30 a.m. Eastern.
