Joyce Mayne Toowoomba is set to close after the business decided it would not renew the lease at its Bernoth Centre site.

Lessor of premises to Harvey Norman, Domayne and Joyce Mayne franchisees and other third parties; Media placement; and provision of consumer finance and other commercial loans and advances.

Harvey Norman Group, which also includes Domayne and Joyce Mayne, spent around $75m on advertising in 2012, according to Nielsen.
