4月10日， TCL科技 （000100）发布公告披露收购LGD广州项目进展。公告指出，TCL华星已收到交易对方准备的本次交易交割报表。根据交易协议约定，基于标的公司过渡期盈利及交割报表数据，本次交易收购金额调整为112亿元人民币；最终交易价格视TCL华星对该交割报表审查情况而定。

得益于行业竞争格局持续优化和终端产品大尺寸化带来需求增长，过去两年多的时间里，LCD面板行业经历了一轮强力复苏——以55吋TV面板为例，根据集邦咨询监测数据，其均价在2023年2月份至2025年3月上涨幅度接近50%，其他大尺寸TV面板也同样呈现出集体大幅上涨趋势，且尺寸越大涨幅越明显。因此，尽管当前面板价格在连续数月上涨后趋稳，但发展趋势不变，其长期量价表现仍然值得看好。
