A father has filed a lawsuit against an Ohio school district, claiming his son was punished for wearing a "Let's Go Brandon" T-shirt to school.

(WJTV) – Officials with the Rankin County School District said one person was arrested after a recent threat at Brandon Middle School. The school district did not identify the suspect.
