Winona woman arrested in 'Baby Angel' cold case from 2011
WINONA, Minn.-A Winona woman has been arrested and charged in the 'Baby Angel' cold case. On September 11th, 2011 a baby girl a couple days old was found in the Mississippi River near Winona. The infant was wrapped in a green t-shirt inside a couple garbage bags and canvas tote.
