路透社12日报导，食品外送业者Uber宣布，碍于政府的规定无法被批准，已终止原预定以9.5亿美元，买下德国同业Delivery Hero旗下台湾Foodpanda的併购案。

路透社报道，Uber Eats母公司Uber终止以9.5亿美元收购Delivery Hero台湾foodpanda配送业务，台湾公平会去年12月即决议禁止此案。Uber须支付约2.5亿美元解约费。
