Paisley Fenner spoke exclusively to the ABC affiliate KETV about the harrowing call she made to 9-1-1 moments after a small aircraft plunged into the Platte River south of Fremont at 8:15 p.m. local time on Friday, April 18.

All three people on board a small plane were killed when it crashed into a river in Nebraska the evening of April 18, authorities said. The plane was traveling along the Platte River south of the city of Fremont in Dodge County,
