路透社12日报导，食品外送业者Uber宣布，碍于政府的规定无法被批准，已终止原预定以9.5亿美元，买下德国同业Delivery Hero旗下台湾Foodpanda的併购案。

（台北12日彭博电）优步（Uber）已终止收购Delivery Hero SE旗下台湾业务Foodpanda的交易。此前，台湾反垄断监管机构去年12月决议禁止这笔交易。

公司情报专家《财经涂鸦》获悉，3月10日，英国外卖平台Deliveroo（户户送）对外发布公告，宣布正式撤出香港市场。

Deliveroo在香港面临来自Foodpanda和中国食品配送巨头美团旗下KeeTa的激烈竞争和价格战。2023年5月推出的KeeTa通过大力促销迅速从Deliveroo手中抢走了市场份额。1月Deliveroo首席执行官Will Shu排除了通过没完没了的促销在香港与对手比拼的可能性。

美团Keeta入局香港市场近两年，市场格局再生变化。香港三大外卖平台，其中一方将退出，Keeta与全球外卖巨头Delivery Hero旗下的foodpanda继续竞争。
