Another storm will impact Northern California starting Thursday morning. That event is forecast to be somewhat less impactful than the high winds and mudslides on Tuesday that caused a home to collapse in Sonoma County,

The rainfall was so intense that in one dramatic example, a mudslide caused an entire house to slip down a bank into the Russian River on Tuesday.

The atmospheric river has made its way to Southern California, drawing flooding concerns and possible mudslide fears for areas badly hit by the Eaton and Palisades fires.
