Rodgers, of course, is the leading candidate to be the Pittsburgh Steelers’ next quarterback. Virtually every other veteran option is off the board, and as teams are paired off with free agents and prospective first-round rookies, both Rodgers and the Steelers are running out of options.
Although Aaron Rodgers hasn’t signed with a new team yet, rumors are the Pittsburgh Steelers are firmly in the mix for the veteran quarterback. Despite not having a team to play for right now, one Green Bay Packers fan theorized a wild conspiracy in an attempt to troll Rodgers possibly signing with Pittsburgh.
Aaron Rodgers only has a few options left. According to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, the Minnesota Vikings’ pursuit of the four-time MVP is all but dead. That leaves the Pittsburgh Steelers as the only true team left for Rodgers to sign with this year.
