澳门世界杯赛共有48个参赛名额。预选赛于今年2月份开始举行，全球五大洲先分别举行洲级杯比赛，各洲四强选手、共20名球员将获得世界杯参赛资格。其余28个名额将通过世界排名的位置确定。这意味着，未参加大洲杯赛事，也没有世界排名的球员，无法获得世界杯参赛资格。

国际乒联近日正式宣布，2025年国际乒联男子及女子世界杯（ITTF Men's and Women's World Cup 2025）将在中国澳门举行，比赛时间定于2025年4月14日至20日。赛事共有48个参赛名额，选拔方式引起广泛关注。
