Moscow has inflicted another round of deadly strikes on Ukraine despite US President Donald Trump’s plea for Russian President Vladimir Putin to “STOP!” attacking its neighbor.

The US president says the strikes, which killed at least eight people, were "not necessary, and very bad timing".

The attack prompted a rare public rebuke from former US President Donald Trump, who urged Russian President Vladimir Putin to "STOP" the violence. Mr Trump also criticised Ukrainian President Zelensky for hindering peace negotiations by refusing to acknowledge Russia 's control over Crimea.
