Another shark attack has been reported in the waters off Hadera, Israel - and experts have explored the shift in shark behaviour and whether human activity could be the cause

After a two-day search, police said remains that had been found at the site of the attack on the country’s Mediterranean coast matched those of the man. Israeli media identified him as Barak Tzach, a man in his 40s and a father of four.

Israeli police on Tuesday scoured the Mediterranean coast for a swimmer they fear may have been attacked by a shark in an area that has long seen close encounters between marine predators and beachgoers who sometimes seek them out.
