A Malta woman was charged with DWI after refusing to take a breath test. Monica Wornall 27, was driving on Route 9 around 9 p.m. Wednesday. Police noticed she had no lights on and stopped her.
She will still face charges of DWI-2nd, though she has not been arrested yet, police said. SAPD has yet to identify the suspect.
