Lent, Easter and Ash Wednesday

Soon millions of Christians will be taking 40 days to contemplate the last days of Jesus Christ before the celebration of Easter. Here's what to know.

Easter Sunday will be celebrated on April 20th in 2025 for both Catholic and Orthodox Christians. Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent, falls on March 5th and is a day of fasting and reflection.
