Jimmy Barnes is still recovering from his latest hip surgery. The 68-year-old stepped out for the opening night of Jesus Christ Superstar at the Princess Theatre in Melbourne on Thursday night.

Update Monday, March 17: After selling out four shows for his Defiant Tour in June 2025, Barnes has announced second shows in Melbourne and Brisbane. Tickets go on sale this Thursday, March 20.
