The ASIMO OS, named after Honda's humanoid robot, is central to the Honda 0 Series. ASIMO was a symbol of robotics innovation, and Honda aims to evoke that same spirit with its new vehicle OS.

However, nearly two decades after its launch, Honda quietly retired Asimo. In a 2018 report, Nikkei reported that Honda stopped the development of the iconic Asimo robot.
