Chicago-based deep-dish pizza restaurant Lou Malnati's is closing two Valley locations, including its first restaurant outside of Illinois. The closures leave six remaining Lou Malnati's in Arizona.

The cooler also had pans of green beans, cheddar broccoli soup, chicken noodle soup and queso that had not cooled enough, which the inspector indicated was due to stacking multiple deep pans.
