Cutouts of Altru employees -- or in some cases, their pets -- have been placed in the front two rows of Ralph Engelstad Arena for the National Collegiate Hockey Conference Frozen Faceoff.

Place waxed paper between each layer of dough balls. To use frozen dough balls, remove from freezer and immediately place on a baking sheet. Allow to stand 15 minutes to thaw. Then bake as usual.
