Justin Smith, 26, was arrested in Atlanta on Sunday, March 9, Philadelphia police announced Wednesday. The arrest came after officers in Atlanta stopped a vehicle for an expired registration.

Justin Smith, who was wanted for the murder of his pregnant girlfriend, 21-year-old Dianna Brice, was apprehended in Atlanta on March 8. Brice's body was found on April 5, 2021, in Philadelphia.
