Gas prices have fluctuated over the last two months, primarily affected by geopolitical factors, from the world's overall oil production to talks of tariffs and trade wars.

The price of gas is has dropped in Florida by double digits. In the Miami area, the average is down nearly 7 cents from a week ago, and dropped below $3 a gallon. South Florida gas prices are more than 2 cents a gallon more than a month ago but nearly 66 cents lower than a year ago.
